How do I get to Vieques?

Take a ferry from Ceiba (about 30 min, $2-4) or a short flight from San Juan or Ceiba (15 min). Book ferry tickets in advance as they sell out, especially on weekends.

Do I need a car on Vieques?

Yes, a rental car or golf cart is highly recommended on Vieques. The island has limited public transportation and beaches are spread out.
