RentInPR is the oldest vacation-rental company in Puerto Rico, run from the island through Puerto Rico LLCs, fully legal and licensed. 56 of our homes are on this site today and there are more than 500 across the portfolio. Booking one of them here costs less than booking the identical home anywhere else.

What a decade actually buys is unglamorous, and it is the reason guests come back: knowing which of our homes suits a family and which suits two people, how parking really works on a given street, which buildings have a lift and which are stairs only, and what the walk to the beach is like carrying a cooler. That kind of knowledge cannot be acquired remotely, and it does not fit in a listing description.
Superhost status has been held since 2020. Across every platform we have listed on since 2015, the rating is 9.9 out of 10 from more than 20,000 guest reviews. On this site we publish 1,437 of those reviews individually, each one sitting on the page of the home it was written about, so you can read the bad-tempered ones as easily as the glowing ones.

Why local ownership matters
RentInPR is owned in Puerto Rico and runs through Puerto Rico LLCs. It is fully legal and licensed here. When you book, you are dealing with the company that actually looks after the home — not a booking site reselling somebody else's inventory, and not an overseas operator with a local phone number.

Every home on this site is one we host ourselves, in a neighbourhood we can describe from having been there this week: Old San Juan, Santurce, San Juan and the coast beyond them. Nobody is guessing which street is loud on a Friday night or which balcony catches the afternoon sun.
How hosting works here
Every home is also listed on the big platforms, and availability syncs across all of them within seconds. A date shown as open here is genuinely open, and it is re-checked against the live calendar before any reservation is confirmed.
Booking holds the dates immediately — they come off sale everywhere while they are yours. Nothing is charged at that point. You have 24 hours to complete payment before the hold is released and the nights go back on sale.
Card details go straight to our payment provider on their own secure page; they never touch our servers. There is no service fee on a direct booking, so the total is the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and tax. That is the whole bill.
Check-in instructions, the door code, the parking situation, what is in the kitchen. The same people who answer before you book are the ones who answer while you are staying.
