Most enquiries turn into a chain of four or five messages because the first one leaves out something small. If you can, put all of this in at the start and the answer that comes back will be a real recommendation with prices, not a question asking what your dates are.
You do not need to have chosen a home. Plenty of people write with nothing more than a week in March and four people, and that is enough to work with. If a home on the site already caught your eye, paste the link — it saves us guessing which of the 56 you mean.
If your question is about booking
Every home on this site is bookable directly from its own page, and the calendar you see is the live one — the same calendar Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com read from, synced within seconds of any change. Booking holds your dates for 24 hours with nothing charged, and payment happens on the next step through our payment provider's own secure page. There is no service fee on a direct booking: your total is the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and tax. If you do not complete payment inside the 24 hours, the hold releases itself and you are charged nothing at all.
The same homes are listed on the platforms at roughly 15% more on Airbnb and 20% more on Vrbo and Booking.com, so booking here is simply the cheaper way to stay in the identical home. Prices start at $106 a night across the collection.
