Condado is San Juan's beachfront strip — Atlantic sand on one side, the Condado Lagoon on the other.
Ashford Avenue runs the length of it, lined with restaurants, boutiques and hotels, and Condado Beach is directly accessible from it. The lagoon side is calmer water, used for paddleboarding and kayaking.
Best for: guests who want the beach and a walkable restaurant strip in the same trip.

Great apartment. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants and beach. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive
The apartment was spacious and newly renovated. Great view of the bay and city, and a secure parking space. It was a great place to stay while we explored San Juan and old town.
My stay was phenomenal and I had a great time with my family! I would recommend this place and would come back to stay here!
