A breathtaking aerial view of a tropical coastline with waves crashing against the shore and lush palm trees.

Love Airbnb's properties but hate the service fees? RentInPR.com is the direct booking alternative that gives you the exact same Superhost-managed vacation rentals in Puerto Rico at 15-20% less.

How Airbnb Fees Add Up

Airbnb charges guests a service fee of 14-20% on top of the nightly rate. On a typical Puerto Rico vacation rental at $200/night for 7 nights, that's $196 to $280 in fees alone. When you book direct, that money stays in your pocket.

Same Properties, Lower Price

Our properties are listed on Airbnb AND on RentInPR.com. The difference? When you book through us directly, there are zero platform fees. You're dealing directly with the property management team, getting faster responses, and paying significantly less.

What You Get Booking Direct

  • 15-20% savings — there is no service fee here
  • Direct communication with the people who run the home, not a platform inbox
  • Your dates held for 24 hours while you complete payment
  • The same homes, the same hosts, the same standards you would find on Airbnb
  • Live availability from the same calendar every channel books against
