What a beautiful place. the interior, the location, the host and the entire experience was amazing. A huge 2 bedroom with huge living space and a full kitchen. the AC worked amazing and the bed was really comfortable. very clean and well organized. The location is top notch, right in the middle of all the action yet not loud at night and very peaceful. The balcony was amazing to have morning coffee at or a nighttime drink. surrounded by many food option and beautiful architecture. the AC is a little loud, if you are extremely sensitive ear plugs are provided, otherwise closing the bedroom door at night was an excellent solution. I would definitely rebook this and recommend it to anyone looking for a true Old San Juan feel.
The apartment was clean and positioned in the heart of Old San Juan. My Wife and I stayed there in November 2025. We slept in the back bedroom with the king sized bed and at night it was totally blacked out providing a peaceful sleep. The noise from the street was almost entirely quieted. I will say the other bedroom with the queen sized bed definitely would’ve been louder. The A/C was very effective and allowed for different temperatures per room. The balcony is the star of the show, allowing us to take it all in. The shower water pressure wasn’t the best and Lukewarm water was the hottest setting, however this is very common in Old San Juan. FYI. The apartment is currently up for sale on Zillow, so beware when booking in the future.
The apartment was beautiful, and the Juliette balconies and checkered tile floors added so much charm. The location is amazing!! Right in the heart of Old San Juan and within walking distance of everything. Since it’s in a central area, be prepared for some morning street noise, but that’s to be expected and didn’t take away from our stay at all. Rassam was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. My family and I would definitely book a stay here again!
The apartment was beautiful The views were even better. Looking over the beautiful streets of old San Juan. The apartment was clean and very spacious the host was great Very convenient to anything you needed. Parking lot not far at all just a block away. My family really enjoyed their time there and we’re looking forward to coming back.
Super walkable location. Stayed here for part of my Bach trip. It was a total of 4 girls and we felt the space was the perfect size. The location is conveniently located to everything. Plenty of breakfast spots just a short walk away, souvenir shop and pharmacy located literally downstairs from the apartment. We felt super safe, despite being a group of all girls. The space was clean. Messaged Rassam when we realized the cleaning crew had forgotten to leave toilet paper, and he immediately sent someone to drop some off.
Great location and easy check-in. The place was as described and perfect for our family of 5. The balcony was great for people watching. Limited supplies in kitchen.
Old San Juan is the walled colonial quarter founded in 1521 — a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the oldest European-founded cities anywhere in the Americas.
Its streets are paved with adoquines, the blue-grey cobblestones cast from furnace slag and laid down centuries ago, and they run between pastel townhouses with wrought-iron balconies and interior courtyards. Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal anchor either end of the district, both part of the San Juan National Historic Site.
