Had an excellent stay of 6 nights. Great space in the middle of Old San Juan. Spacious and clean with a nice kitchen. Thank you Rassam for being attentive host.
We loved it. The place was centrally located in Old San Juan making it so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment itself was lovely with cold a/c, super comfy memory foam mattresses and a well appointed kitchen and our host was kind and very prompt in his communication. Highly recommend!
Great location to travel through old San juan by foot!! Host is super responsive and will cater to your needs! Just note that it’s on the third floor so plan ahead if you have luggage. Please also note the floors are clean and they do not allow them to change the tiles to preserve the history!! Very spacious! 5 out of 5 stars!
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Old San Juan. The place is beautiful, well maintained, and looked exactly like the listing photos. The location truly can’t be beat, right in the heart of Old San Juan and walkable to everything, including restaurants, shops, and historic sites. Rassam was an excellent host and very communicative throughout our stay. We had a couple of small hiccups, and he responded quickly and sent someone over right away to help, which we really appreciated. One thing to note for future guests: since this is an older building in Old San Juan, the water pressure and shower temperature are a bit different than what you might be used to at home. While the water didn’t get extremely hot, the host did try his best to accommodate and have it checked. Also, there are quite a few stairs, so pack light or be prepared for the climb. Overall, a great stay in a fantastic location, and we would absolutely recommend it.
I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Old San Juan. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance of charming streets, historic landmarks, great restaurants, and vibrant local culture. The apartment itself was stunning, very well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated, blending comfort with the unique character of the area. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as described, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Old San Juan and would love to stay here again in the future!
The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Old San Juan. The apartment is spacious and full of character, with incredible high ceilings and beautiful tile throughout. Each bedroom has its own thermostat, which was a great touch for comfort. The water pressure was the only minor downside. It was more of a gentle trickle at times, but from what I’ve read, that seems to be a common issue throughout Old San Juan. Otherwise, the apartment had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, and toilet paper. Just note there aren’t beach towels, and you’ll want to bring your own laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry. Communication was excellent, and responses were always quick and helpful. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.
Old San Juan is the walled colonial quarter founded in 1521 — a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the oldest European-founded cities anywhere in the Americas.
Its streets are paved with adoquines, the blue-grey cobblestones cast from furnace slag and laid down centuries ago, and they run between pastel townhouses with wrought-iron balconies and interior courtyards. Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal anchor either end of the district, both part of the San Juan National Historic Site.
