To ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful experience for everyone — and to help preserve the home’s history — please follow the rules below: • 🚭 No Smoking Anywhere Inside the Home This is a 100% smoke-free property. A $500 fine will be charged if smoking is detected indoors. • 🎉 Absolutely No Parties or Events Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited. If a party or event is held inside the property, a $3,000 fine will be immediately applied, and your reservation may be terminated without refund. • 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of this historic area. No loud music, shouting, or gatherings after 10 PM. • 🚫 No Outside Visitors Without Approval The property is for registered guests only. No outside visitors or unregistered guests are permitted to stay overnight. • 🧼 Keep the Home Clean and Respectful Please treat the home as if it were your own. Dispose of trash properly, clean up spills, and report any damages immediately. • 🧯 Never Leave Cooking Unattended For your safety and the preservation of this historic home, always supervise the kitchen while in use. • 🛏️ Only Registered Guests May Stay Overnight Please do not invite others to sleep in the home who are not part of your confirmed reservation. • 🕓 Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (unless arranged otherwise) Late check-outs may be subject to a fee unless approved in advance. • 🏛️ Respect the Historic Character of the Property This home is over 200 years old. Please avoid moving heavy furniture, hanging items on the original walls, or altering any part of the historic architecture.
