What does RentInPR charge owners?
It depends on whether we manage your home or list it. We explain the fee in writing before you sign anything, and sending us your details costs nothing.
Which parts of Puerto Rico do you work in?
We list homes anywhere in Puerto Rico. We manage them in the areas where we host today: Old San Juan, Santurce, San Juan, Carolina, Dorado, Condado and Luquillo. Tell us where yours is and we will tell you honestly what we can take on.
Will my home be on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com?
Every home we host is on Airbnb, Vrbo & Booking.com and on rentinpr.com, where guests book direct without a platform service fee.
How do guests pay?
Online, when they book, on a secure payment page. Card details never touch our servers. How the money reaches you is set out in writing when we agree to work together.
Is RentInPR licensed?
Yes. RentInPR is Puerto Rico owned, runs through Puerto Rico LLCs and is fully licensed.

Do I need to register a short-term rental in Puerto Rico?
According to the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (checked September 2026), stays shorter than 90 consecutive days carry a 7% room occupancy tax, and owners who rent short term must register as innkeepers under Act 272 of 2003. We go through what applies to your home when we talk.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We answer in English and Spanish.
