Easy Stay has a great location in the heart of Old San Juan! One block from a local karaoke bar and Drunken Cookie shop :-). Many restaurants and even a grocery store within a few blocks. The apt is on the 3rd floor so carrying your luggage up 2 flights of stairs is required. The apt has a large beautiful living room and kitchen - as in pictures! There was a king bed in the living room area (separated from the LR by a large curtain). This seemed fine for my group as far as privacy. The main bedroom had a full bed on the first level and a second full bed in the loft. Private bathroom. The other bedroom had a full bed and closet. There was an additional loft area above the dining room which seemed to have an air mattress for additional sleeping space. While the main living area had very high ceilings, the bathroom ceilings were quite short. My son who is 6’2 had his head almost touching the ceiling. Shower-head is about 5’10. Thank you for the nice stay in Old San Juan!

Perfect for a short stay in Old San Juan. On a quiet street within a quick walk to everything. The place was open and breezy with high ceilings and a super cute balcony. The openness meant there was not a lot of privacy, but fine with close friends or family who are on the same schedule. The kitchen was sparse, but fine if you are planning to enjoy the restaurants and coffee shops while you are there.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom penthouse as a group of 5 and had an amazing time. The place is spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a group. The highlight is definitely the patio it has a beautiful view of the city and was the perfect spot for us to relax together. The location is also excellent, right in Old San Juan, so we could walk everywhere easily. I would absolutely recommend this penthouse to anyone traveling with family or friends who wants both space and a great atmosphere.

Our stay was great! Host was quick to respond and answer all questions as well as offer recommendations. Location is great with many great restaurants walking distance! This air bnb was accommodating to a group of people with much space. Bathroom, kitchen and beds were very clean!

Beautifully-appointed and centrally-located in the heart of charming yet lively Old San Juan, this apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious! Despite being in a period building in the colonial heart of the city, the apartment is bright and updated with new appliances, kitchen and bathrooms, wi-fi and generous AC. The hosts are gracious and prompt in their responses to questions and concerns. And, we hope to stay here again when we return to Puerto Rico!

Thank you so much for the stay. This locale is excellent. I recommend Ubering to and from but if you drive, park at the Ballaja parking lot near el Morro and walk to the location. The walk is short but you get to see San Sebastián and some of the excellent restaurants and night spots available in upper old San Juan. The only negative thing about my stay was that it was only for one night. The air conditioning is also central which is rare in Puerto Rico and a welcome amenity. Gracias!

Old San Juan

Old San Juan is the walled colonial quarter founded in 1521 — a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the oldest European-founded cities anywhere in the Americas.

Its streets are paved with adoquines, the blue-grey cobblestones cast from furnace slag and laid down centuries ago, and they run between pastel townhouses with wrought-iron balconies and interior courtyards. Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal anchor either end of the district, both part of the San Juan National Historic Site.
