We had a wonderful stay! This property couldn’t be more centrally located for sightseeing and eating your way through old San Juan. Our favorite part was how close the public area of Castillo de San Cristobal was to watch the sunset every evening. There are some great restaurants on the same street and nothing was more than a ~10 min walk away which made coming back for AC breaks during our hot day of walking around very easy. Our hosts were super responsive and check in/out were easy with a key in the lockbox. The unit is on the third floor of a walk up so be mindful if your party is traveling with heavy luggage and has any physical limitations. The common area where the kitchen and living room are was hot but the bedroom/bathroom got nice and cool with the AC so we weren’t bothered. Would absolutely recommend and we hope to be back one day!

The check-in was super easy. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Old San Juan, close to restaurants, shops, El Morro and the beach. The place was super clean. Loved the natural light entering the apartment. The bedroom was comfy, the bathroom was nicely decorated and big, and the kitchen was really cute. Would 100% stay here again!

This place was perfectly located in the heart of Old San Juan—everything was within walking distance, from historic sites and colorful streets to amazing restaurants and cafés. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the essentials for a great stay except for washer/dryer. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made the experience even better. If you want to be in the center of it all and truly experience Old San Juan, this is an excellent choice.

Super cute air bnb in old San Juan. You can walk everywhere and it is beautiful inside and out. The cutest little alley with trees that shade you greets you as you walk out the door and at the end of the alley is a bar that has great cocktails. I enjoyed my time here and felt comfortable when spending time in the unit. The kitchen is small but got the job done, i was able to cook eggs which is all I needed as there were many options for lunch and dinner.

Great place if looking to stay in old San Juan. Amazing location with no car needed and very responsive/ helpful host with tons of sidewalk friendly streets. Great restaurants etc. clear and easy check in procedure. It was great for our last night in PT. The only thing unfortunate was the water stopped in the middle of the night so unable to shower or use any water in the morning however the host response was prompt and worked quickly to having it fixed. Losing water or difference in pressure happens in PT and out of her control. The place is as described with cold AC and great location if not wanting to rent a car. Ubers are quick and easy to get and $10 and under if needing to go places under 20 mins. Would recommend. The host is amazing!

4. **No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms**: Eating in bedrooms is not allowed. Any stains on rugs or bedding will incur costs for cleaning or replacement.
5. **Eating Areas**: Food and drinks should be consumed only in the kitchen, dining area, or outdoors. Any stains on rugs, upholstery, or bedding will incur cleaning or replacement costs if necessary.
6. **Shoes**: Please remove your shoes upon entering the villa to help keep the floors and rugs clean. A bench has been provided for your convenience.
7. **Appliances and Electronics**: Keep appliance and electronic remotes in their designated rooms. Loss or damage to remotes will result in replacement costs.
8. **Smoking**: Smoking tobacco, marijuana, vaporizers, or other substances is not allowed inside the home, in communal areas, or on the front and enclosed patio. There is a designated smoking area on the private side patio. Smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning charge.
9. **Fire Prevention**: Do not smoke or use candles indoors. Be sure to turn off the stove when not in use and clean the dryer lint trap before each use to prevent fires.
10. **Security**: Please do not alter or remove any security or monitoring equipment that has been duly authorized and disclosed.
11. **Damage Prevention**: Always close all windows and lock the door when you are not on-site. This tropical climate is subject to sudden rainstorms.
12. **Lost Key Fees**: Keys must remain with the primary guest at all times during the stay. Keys should never be replicated or left unattended. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
13. **Illegal Activities**: All illegal activities, including the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction regardless of the reservation status.
14. **Damages**: Please report any damages immediately.
15. **Pets**: Pets are not permitted unless arranged in advance with us. A pet fee will apply.
