  Communication was just amazing went above and beyond to make things clear and was helpful with all recommendations This apartment was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Old San Juan, walking distance to everything: historic forts, colorful streets, amazing restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. We felt safe and surrounded by charm 24/7. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The air conditioning worked great (a must in Puerto Rico), and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips. Waking up to the sound of the city and stepping out onto cobblestone streets was a dream. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to soak in the beauty and culture of San Juan. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

  My friend and I stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. It was extremely central in Old San Juan, which was excellent! Yet it is set back from the street so it's private & quiet. I stayed on the pull-out sofa which was surprisingly extremely comfortable. The apartment was clean and had basic amenities as listed. The bathroom has a screen-only window to outdoors - best to keep the bathroom door closed to conserve AC (don't worry, it doesn't feel hot in the bathroom). My only notes/advisements: the shower has rather low water pressure. I would have enjoyed more storage (such as a dresser) because I hate living out of my suitcase. Finally, while multiple people can sleep comfortably, the "bedroom" is a loft space (no walls) so you do not have much privacy. All in all: comfortable, central, worth the price, and quiet!

  We stayed at Rassam’s place for the weekend so we could explore Old San Juan and it was a great stay! Everything was as described and the location was within a 10 or less minutes walking distance from the home. It was perfect because once you’re ready to go to bed it’s quiet but close enough to the party/bar areas. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing night! Rassam was also super quick to respond which we appreciated.

  Great stay in Old San Juan. The apartment is in a perfect location — right in the center, easy to walk everywhere. I liked being able to step outside and immediately be surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and the historic streets. The place was clean, comfortable, and convenient.   The place was very clean and cozy. The location is perfect, close to everything in Old San Juan. The building’s exterior looks original and charming. It has beautiful, authentic windows that let in plenty of light and a nice breeze when opened. The space feels very romantic, especially with the spiral staircase leading up to the loft.

  Excellent host! excellent home + location. This was my second booking with this host and I can they are the most responsive, thoughtful, and the kindest. I contacted the host after staying at a different property earlier in my vacation asking for help with a home after the power webt out in isabela. It was late and the host went out of their way to send me options since i had a long drive to san juan. The home was nice and cold and extremely clean! The parking garage is around the block. Lots of restaurants and museums to check out. And close to Puchys Cafe kiosk which is great because she opens at 5am! Please visit her and please consider this host and home for your next trip.
