  I stayed here for one night since I had an event in the morning, and the place was perfect. It was very clean, comfortable, and the AC worked great it was nice and cold, haha. The location is amazing you can easily walk to all the restaurants and bars in Old San Juan. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a spot right in the heart of Old San Juan.

  I really enjoyed my stay here , such a beautiful and clean home, exactly like the photos. The location was perfect. I could walk everywhere easily , little shops, convenience stores, and all the best parts of Old San Juan were just minutes away. Last night I even had my keys with me and stepped out for a quick walk. everything felt super safe and convenient. My friend’s kid was playing in the backyard and absolutely loved it. The whole place has a relaxing vibe, and being just steps from the ocean made the stay even better. This spot is definitely going to be my regular place whenever I come back to Puerto Rico or Old San Juan.

  Staying at this home in Old San Juan was a dream. The house feels like a piece of history, with its old-world architecture, tall doors, and beautiful courtyard, but at the same time everything is renovated, clean, and very comfortable. I loved waking up, opening the windows, and feeling the breeze while hearing the sounds of the city. The location could not be better a short walk to the plazas, great restaurants, and the water. I truly fell in love with Old San Juan because of this place, and I would happily stay here again and again.

  Nice spot located at a walking distance from every touristic attractions and restaurants. Air conditioners are amazing , Furniture and linens all looked brand new, Rassam is a nice and kind host who responds very quickly .

  This is a great place! Its close and walkable to everything in Old San Juan. There is a Coqui frog in the courtyard that sang every evening. The building is old but the apartment is remodeled as best as possible with a historic location. The apartment is a little smaller that it appears, best for 2 people max. Overall I would return if ever in OSJ.
