- 🚭 No Smoking Anywhere Inside the Home This is a 100% smoke-free property. A $500 fine will be applied if smoking is detected indoors.
- 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the historic nature of Old San Juan. No loud music, noise, or parties are permitted after 10 PM.
- 🚫 No Parties or Events This property is for registered guests only. Outside visitors are not allowed unless approved in advance.
- 🧼 Keep the Home Clean and Respectful Please treat the space as if it were your own. Remove trash, avoid spills, and report any damages immediately.
- 🛏️ Only Registered Guests May Stay Overnight No unregistered guests are permitted to stay the night.
- 🧯 Do Not Leave Cooking Unattended For your safety and the safety of our historic home, please monitor the kitchen while in use.
- 🛎️ Check-out is at 11:00 AM (unless arranged otherwise) Late check-outs may be subject to a fee unless approved ahead of time.
