Welcome to Casa Luna Loft, a thoughtfully designed apartment located in the heart of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, one of the oldest and most historic cities in the Americas.
Please note that buildings in Old San Juan are often over 200 years old. As part of this historic charm, you may notice exposed beams, aged walls, uneven surfaces, or architectural details that reflect the city’s rich history. This is the true character of Old San Juan and part of what makes staying here so special. If you are looking for a brand-new, modern 5-star hotel experience, this may not be the right fit. If you appreciate authenticity, culture, and history, you will feel right at home.

The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. It’s in a great, walkable location in Old San Juan. My favorite part was opening the large doors while eating at the dining table—you get a lovely view of the street and can watch people walking by, which really adds to the charm of the stay. Parking was a little challenging, but that’s to be expected in the city. We used one of the host’s recommended private parking garages, which cost about $30 per day. We ended up parking there for two days before flying back home. Location is great to walk everywhere in Old San Juan . Not far to drive and see other destinations. Also, we had some noise at night , but again, that’s part of staying in the heart of the city so expect it . Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the experience.
Best of Old San Juan Positive: The space and the location. Beautiful. We found parking right across the street Negative: Perfect!
This place was perfect for a one-night stay in Viejo San Juan. The address is just within steps of incredible cafes, breakfast spots, restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was the ideal place to stay and I am excited to return and stay here again!
Our stay was excellent from start to finish! The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We traveled with our child, and even though the Airbnb has two levels, he had an amazing time and absolutely loved the place. We all enjoyed the unique vibe and charm of the property. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Old San Juan. Highly recommended!
This is my second time at this property and both experiences were amazing. Location is right in the middle of so many great bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Any questions or recommendations I needed, the response was quickly sent with great detail. Cannot wait to come back again soon! Highly recommend !
The place was lovely and the recommendations given we great places to check out and spend an afternoon. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend.
Old San Juan is the walled colonial quarter founded in 1521 — a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the oldest European-founded cities anywhere in the Americas.
Its streets are paved with adoquines, the blue-grey cobblestones cast from furnace slag and laid down centuries ago, and they run between pastel townhouses with wrought-iron balconies and interior courtyards. Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal anchor either end of the district, both part of the San Juan National Historic Site.
