Old San Juan is a historic city, and many of its buildings are hundreds of years old. Casa Luna Verde is located inside an older historic building and should not be expected to look or feel like a newly constructed hotel or modern condominium.

You may notice normal signs of age and wear on walls, finishes, stairs, doors, or common areas. These characteristics are part of staying in an older property in Old San Juan. We want guests to understand this before booking so expectations are clear.

🪜 Third-Floor Walk-Up

The apartment is located on the third floor and there is NO elevator. Guests must use the stairs to reach the apartment, including when carrying luggage.

For this reason, the property may not be suitable for elderly guests, guests with limited mobility, or anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Please consider this carefully before making your reservation.

🚗 Parking

There is no private parking included with the apartment. If you’re arriving with a vehicle, you will need to use one of the public parking options available in Old San Juan. Because the neighborhood is highly walkable, many guests find that they can explore the historic district without a car.
