Because Puerto Rico is a tropical island and Old San Juan is a coastal historic area, you may occasionally see mosquitoes or small tropical insects, especially if doors or windows are left open. We maintain and treat the home regularly, but this is a normal part of island life.

Every place in Old San Juan has a great location, so Rassam's place is not an exception. There is lots of things to do in the neighborhood in addition to great food and drink opportunities. The staired access to the apartment might be a little deceiving on the downside but the apartment's entry hall and the apartment itself are great. It is also a heaven from Old San Juan's lively nightlife, as its is quiet inside, and fresh because of the AC. The place was very clean, illuminated, and it is bigger than what is conveyed in the pictures. It is also super well-equipped. Rassam is a responsive and friendly host.
Great host and super communicative/accommodating for a last minute booking. Beautiful home and great location within walking distance of everything. Can get a little muggy when it rains but has great ac and looks just like the pictures!
That sounds like a great experience! Here’s a suggestion for your review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed in an Airbnb in Old San Juan, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't be better; I was able to walk everywhere and explore all the beautiful sights of the city. The price was very reasonable for such a prime spot. The listing is located in a great part of town and very walkable. I am very grateful to have found this spot. I highly recommend it if you're planning your trip to San Juan.
Old San Juan is the walled colonial quarter founded in 1521 — a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the oldest European-founded cities anywhere in the Americas.
Its streets are paved with adoquines, the blue-grey cobblestones cast from furnace slag and laid down centuries ago, and they run between pastel townhouses with wrought-iron balconies and interior courtyards. Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal anchor either end of the district, both part of the San Juan National Historic Site.
