Welcome to your comfortable home base in San Juan. This second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located inside a gated residential community, offering guests added privacy and a quiet place to come home to after exploring the city.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and its own private ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a full-size bed, giving families and larger groups plenty of sleeping flexibility.
The living room features comfortable seating, a TV, and a full-size pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.
Step outside onto your private balcony and unwind in the hammock or enjoy the outdoor seating surrounded by tropical greenery.
The apartment also includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, and dining space.
A private washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen, making longer stays especially convenient.
You’ll also have A/C, ceiling fans, fast Wi-Fi, two full bathrooms, and two dedicated tandem parking spaces inside the gated property.
For added convenience, the apartment also includes an in-unit water cistern and additional water storage that may help during temporary water-service interruptions.
Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, private balcony, hammock, laundry area, and dedicated parking space.
The property is located within a gated residential community, and guests will receive the access information needed to enter the property and reach their dedicated parking area.
Check-in is completely self-service, so there’s no need to meet anyone in person. You can arrive anytime after the scheduled check-in time and access the apartment using the provided check-in instructions.
Your stay is completely private and self-managed, but you’re never on your own if you need assistance.
Our local team is available by message or phone throughout your stay for questions, recommendations, maintenance concerns, or anything else that may come up.
We’ll give you your space and won’t disturb you unless assistance is requested.
You’ll be staying in a convenient residential pocket of Santurce, near some of San Juan’s most popular areas while still having a quieter place to come home to.
Ocean Park Beach is about a 10–15 minute walk away, with Condado, Calle Loíza, restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and local favorites all nearby. La Placita de Santurce, known for its restaurants, nightlife, and lively evening atmosphere, is also within walking distance.
The Museum of Art of Puerto Rico and other Santurce attractions are close by, making this a great location for guests who want easy access to the beach, food, culture, and nightlife without staying directly in the busiest tourist area.

Getting around from the apartment is easy whether you plan to walk, drive, or use a rideshare.
Ocean Park Beach, Calle Loíza, restaurants, cafés, shops, and La Placita are all within walking distance or a short ride away.
Uber and taxis are widely available throughout San Juan and are an easy option for visiting Condado, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, the airport, and other parts of the city.
If you’re renting a car, the apartment includes a dedicated parking space inside the gated property, so you won’t need to search for street parking when you return.
Public transportation is also available nearby, including connections around Santurce and toward other parts of San Juan.
Puerto Rico is a beautiful and vibrant island, and while we’ve designed this apartment to be comfortable and convenient, we always like to set the right expectations:
- The apartment is located inside a gated residential community, giving guests an added layer of privacy and controlled access to the property.
- Hot water is available throughout the apartment. Like many homes in Puerto Rico, the water may feel warm rather than extremely hot and can sometimes take a few minutes to reach temperature.
- Puerto Rico’s tropical climate means you may occasionally see small ants, mosquitoes, geckos, or other tropical insects, particularly near the balcony or outdoor areas. The apartment is regularly cleaned and treated, but some tropical visitors are simply part of island life.
- Electricity, water, and internet are generally reliable, but occasional interruptions can happen anywhere on the island due to weather or local infrastructure. These are typically temporary and outside the host’s control.
- The apartment has a water cistern/reserve system designed to help during temporary water-service interruptions. Like any backup system, availability can still depend on the length and nature of an outage.
- We provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning items. For longer stays or larger groups, guests may need to replenish supplies as needed.
- The apartment is located in a residential community, so please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted.
- Beach gear is not provided, so we recommend bringing your own or renting anything you need locally.
- Puerto Rico is tropical year-round, so keeping doors and windows closed while the A/C is running helps the apartment stay cool and comfortable.
