Located in a safe neighborhood, just minutes from Old San Juan and the beach, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy comfort and peace.

Casa Horizonte is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath apartment designed for families and groups who want comfort with an indoor–outdoor feel.

The highlight of this unit is the large balcony and patio area, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the breeze or setting up the hammock chair.

Inside, the living room includes a comfortable couch, Smart TV, and seating area where everyone can gather.

The dining space and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to prepare meals and share them together.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-size bed, fresh linens, A/C, and simple furnishings to make your stay comfortable.

The master bedroom has its own small bathroom with shower.

This is a self check-in / self check-out property and guests have full privacy. That said, we’re available 24/7 by phone or message if anything comes up or you need assistance during your stay.

- Free street parking is available, but it is public and first-come/first-served. We have no control over it. Guests are fully responsible for making sure they park in legal areas and follow posted signs or pay meters where required. Any parking tickets or towing fees are the guest’s responsibility.

- Electric and water usage is included for your stays; however please use A/C responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment.

- No pets are allowed.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building.

- This is a safe and well-known residential neighborhood in San Juan.

- Please be mindful of the water heater — it works well, but like most systems on the island it may take a couple minutes to fully heat up.

- Puerto Rico is an island and occasional power or water interruptions may occur (usually short and restored quickly). This is normal for the region and out of our control.

    Check-in was easy with the keypad and the host sent clear instructions. The apartment is big, with three bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The balcony was my favorite spot, nice breeze and a good place to sit for a while. The place was clean and matched the photos. each bedroom had a/c, which is important in san juan. the kitchen had what i needed, and it was good having two bathrooms even if one is on the smaller side. parking was simple, i found a spot on the street without much trouble. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. it’s not right in old san juan but it’s a very short drive, same with the beach. for me, it was a great balance of space, comfort, and location. host was quick to reply and helpful. if you need a reliable spot in san juan, this is a great choice.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The balcony views from the top floor were amazing and made every morning feel special. The location couldn’t be better, safe neighborhood, just a short walk to local cafés, restaurants, and the beach. It felt private and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see in Puerto Rico. Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive and friendly, and we really appreciated the small details like the well-equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. We felt right at home the entire time. If you’re looking for a modern, clean, and conveniently located rental in Puerto Rico, this 3rd-floor unit at the Luz Collection is the best choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

    Area felt super safe and the value was amazing! It’s right in the middle of all the best places to visit, so it was the perfect hub to return to at the end of the day. Being a 30 second walk from the gas station was also great for picking up last second necessities like snacks and sunscreen. Each of my family members have very different temperature preferences so being able to set the ac to different values in each room was a huge plus! One of the showers is rather small so I recommend just taking turns with the larger one and treating the other bathroom as a half bath though. But if in a hurry it works in a pinch! Overall very happy with where we stayed and would definitely come back!

The neighborhood was within walking distance to some of the best food/nightlife we experienced in San Juan. Diana & Gloryvee were very helpful and responsive hosts and quickly answered questions about the check in process and how to access the unit. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay.
