Two dedicated parking spaces are included inside the gated community. The spaces are arranged back-to-back/tandem, so one vehicle may need to be moved for the other vehicle to exit.

- Two dedicated parking spaces are provided inside the gated community. The spaces are tandem/back-to-back, meaning one vehicle may need to be moved for the other to exit. Guests must park only in the designated spaces.
- Access to the community is controlled. Guests must follow the provided entry, gate, and check-in instructions and may not provide access credentials to unauthorized individuals.
- No animals are permitted without prior written approval, subject to applicable law.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Please use the electric grill responsibly and turn it off completely after each use.

Although the property is professionally cleaned and maintained, occasional insects, mosquitoes, geckos, humidity, rain, utility interruptions, or other conditions associated with a tropical environment may occur.
