Guests are fully responsible for making sure they park in legal areas and follow posted signs or pay meters where required. Any parking tickets or towing fees are the guest’s responsibility.
- Electric and water usage is included for your stays; however please use A/C responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment.

Perfect Stay at Luz Collection Positive: From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. Gloria’s place was very nice! The location was very close to many places via Uber, not some much for walking with small children. But a very short and inexpensive drive to the beach and major attractions! Gloria and her team were EXTREMELY responsive and made our check-in swift and comfortable! I would use her place again! Diana’s home was the perfect home away from home. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated as the pictures shown. The home was clean and perfect place for our girls trip. We all felt comfortable with the area. Diana was quick to respond and help when we were having difficulties with the WiFi connection. The issue was resolved relatively quickly.

The place was super walkable, which made it very convenient to go get coffee or lunch, great for daytime activities. Our host was super friendly and accommodating to us. It is Puerto Rico, so electrical is always a bit funky, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, I would recommend it and stay here again!

Diana was very responsive , when we first arrive the power was out but she made sure to check in on us and send someone to look at the property, the place is bigger than I expected each room decorated beautifully and she had everything we needed for our stay , wish we could of stay more days with her
