  I booked this place last minute for a one-night stay, and everything was perfect. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of San Juan and very safe, which was super important to me. The space was spotless, modern, and cozy, exactly like the pictures. Check-in was simple and smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Even though it was a short stay, it had everything I needed and felt really comfortable. You can tell the place is well cared for. It’s close to great restaurants, coffee spots, and just a short drive to the beach. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in San Juan.

  I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Diana’s listings several times during my work trips to Puerto Rico, and this one is by far my favorite. The house is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood near Condado Beach, Old San Juan, and great local restaurants and cafés. I booked last minute for a one-night stay, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The self check-in was smooth and simple, and Diana’s communication is always quick, professional, and kind. The private patio is such a nice touch for relaxing after a long day. Every stay with Diana is consistent, comfortable, and stress-free. I’ll absolutely be booking again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting San Juan for work or vacation.

  I had an amazing stay at this beautiful two-bedroom home last min for over night in Santurce, San Juan. Everything was absolutely perfect and spotless clean when we arrived. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. You can really tell they care about their guests. The location was excellent close to all the main attractions, restaurants, beaches, and everything you need nearby. It made exploring San Juan so easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

  I booked this stay the same day, and my reservation was confirmed right away. The host was very responsive and reached out almost immediately. The Airbnb was clean, exactly as described in the listing, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent about a 5-minute drive to La Placita and around 10 minutes to Old San Juan and the airport, making it very convenient. The only minor downsides were that the living room tended to get a little warm, and the neighborhood could be noisy during the night and early morning. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient place to stay in San Juan.

  I enjoyed our stay great space for me and my family of three comfortable and I like that it was restaurants and stores close by to walk or a quick Uber ride. We took a Uber to the beach, which was also super close and only like $5 to $10 depending on the time. Overall, a great place I would stay again. The host was also very helpful when we were having issues with our washing machine.

  Great stay overall! The place was exactly what we needed for our four-day trip and was definitely worth the price. The space was comfortable, and Diana was a fantastic host—very responsive and quick to address any concerns we had. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can be a bit noisy at times, and since the window shutters weren’t completely sealed, light sleepers might have some trouble. However, whenever we brought up any issues, Diana was quick to find a solution. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with a great host, this is a solid option!
