The living room has a full-size sofa bed, additional seating, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for everyday meals and includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, and basic kitchen essentials. A dining table provides seating for meals.

Bathroom

There is one full bathroom for the apartment. Hot water is provided by an inline/on-demand water heater.

Access

The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

Laundry

There is no washer or dryer in the apartment.

Guests have private and full access to the entire apartment during their stay, including both bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your reservation.

This is a self check-in property, allowing you to arrive and access the apartment independently.

Santurce Blue is located in Santurce, one of San Juan’s most vibrant neighborhoods and a great base for exploring the city.

The apartment is conveniently located near Ocean Park Beach, La Placita de Santurce, Condado, Calle Loíza, the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico, restaurants, cafés, bars, and local shops.

La Placita is one of the area’s best-known destinations, with a traditional market by day and restaurants, bars, music, and nightlife in the evenings. Calle Loíza and the Ocean Park area offer even more dining options and easy access to the beach.

The neighborhood also puts you within easy reach of Condado, Old San Juan, and many of San Juan’s main attractions.

The apartment is centrally located for exploring San Juan by car, rideshare, or public transportation.

Uber and other rideshare options are convenient for getting to Ocean Park, Condado, La Placita, Old San Juan, and other popular areas.

The Sagrado Corazón transit station is also nearby and provides access to the Tren Urbano and multiple bus routes, including service toward San Juan.

For guests with a vehicle, parking at the property is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is also available in the surrounding area.

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is approximately 6 km from the property, making the apartment convenient for arrivals and departures.

The apartment uses an inline/on-demand water heater, which is common in Puerto Rico.

As with properties throughout Puerto Rico, occasional interruptions to electricity or municipal water service can occur unexpectedly and are outside of the host’s control. While these interruptions are uncommon and we will always assist however we can, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted utility service or be responsible for outages caused by local utility providers.

Please also note that this is a third-floor walk-up accessible by stairs, with no elevator. The apartment does not have a washer or dryer.
