Aurelia | Three Bedrooms in the Heart of San Juan

Welcome to Aurelia, a spacious 3-bedroom San Juan stay designed for up to six guests.

Each private bedroom features a queen bed, giving everyone their own comfortable space to recharge.

Located near San Juan’s beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and top attractions, Aurelia is an ideal home base for families, couples, and groups exploring Puerto Rico.

Aurelia is designed especially well for families, couples traveling together, and groups who want actual bedrooms rather than squeezing extra guests onto sofa beds.

The home has three private bedrooms, each with its own queen bed. All three rooms have windows, individual A/C, fresh linens, and space to unpack and get comfortable.

The living room is bright and casual, with a sofa, additional seating, and a TV for slower evenings at home.

Just beside it is a dedicated dining area with a round table for four. Large windows and the nearby porch bring plenty of daylight through the main living spaces.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cabinetry, counter space, and the everyday basics needed to prepare meals during your stay.

There is one full bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Aurelia also has something particularly useful for longer trips: its own washer and dryer. There’s no need to pack around laundry days or bring home a suitcase full of beach clothes.

Outside the main living area, a small private porch gives you an open-air spot to step outside, get some fresh air, or start the morning before heading into the city.

Aurelia is reserved entirely for your group. You’ll have private use of all three bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, porch, and laundry area throughout your reservation.

Arrival is completely self-guided. Before check-in, we’ll send everything needed to enter the property, including your access code and straightforward arrival instructions.

There is no need to coordinate keys or meet someone in person, and you’re free to come and go throughout your stay.

We keep the experience private and uncomplicated. Check-in and checkout are both self-service, and we won’t interrupt your stay unless you ask for assistance.

Aurelia is tucked into a SAFE residential pocket of Santurce near Sagrado Corazón, giving you a more local side of San Juan while keeping the city’s best-known areas within easy reach.

Santurce is one of San Juan’s cultural and food hubs, home to local restaurants, cafés, art spaces, and some of the city’s most popular nightlife. Head toward Calle Loíza for restaurants, bars, and neighborhood hangouts, visit the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, or spend an evening at La Placita, a traditional market by day that turns into one of San Juan’s liveliest nightlife areas after dark.

When it’s time for the coast, Condado, Ocean Park, and other San Juan beaches are a short trip away. Old San Juan is also easily reached for historic streets, forts, plazas, shopping, and waterfront views.

The best part of the location is the balance: you can spend the day at the beach, explore the historic city, go out in Santurce, and then return to a residential neighborhood away from the main hotel strips.

Aurelia is well positioned for exploring San Juan with or without a rental car.

For nearby errands and neighborhood spots, walking is practical, and major roads and public transportation are close by. Bus stops along Ponce de León are only a few minutes on foot, with routes connecting through Santurce and toward Old San Juan. The Sagrado Corazón Tren Urbano station is also accessible from the area, although the train is more useful for traveling toward Hato Rey, Río Piedras, and Bayamón than for reaching the beaches or Old San Juan.

For most sightseeing, Uber is the easiest option. Rides are readily available throughout the San Juan metro area and are especially convenient for Condado, Ocean Park, Calle Loíza, La Placita, Old San Juan, and the airport. SJU also has designated Uber pickup areas for arriving passengers.

Bringing a car is most useful if you plan to explore beyond San Juan. There is no assigned parking at Aurelia, but public street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis. Always follow posted parking restrictions and signs.
