Punta Las Marias Studio - Short Walk to the Beach

Positive: Overall good stay clean property and was step away from beach bar restaurant and the price was good so i very recommend this place

Positive: Location was decent Negative: I have stayed in multiple hotels / airbnb's in San Juan and in Puerto Rico. I know places can be loud because of music, chicken, people talking/laughing. But the amount of noise in combination with the lack of noise canceling was the most extreme and unpleasant in the apartment. The plastic 'windows' didn't help either.... I don't like leaving a bad review, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Perfect stay in San Juan – highly recommend! Positive: We had such a great experience at Las Marias San Juan by PH. The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything you need. The bedroom was comfortable, the living room had plenty of space to relax, and the kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook some meals at home. Having a washing machine was a big plus for us. The location couldn’t be better. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood just a short walk to Punta Las Marias beach and close to Barbosa Park. We loved being only a few minutes from Condado and Old San Juan but still in a more local, laid-back area. The airport is also super close, which made travel really easy. Diana, our host, was so welcoming and responsive. She made check-in smooth and gave great local tips for restaurants and things to do. We especially appreciated the private terrace and garden – perfect for coffee in the morning. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in San Juan with modern amenities, fast WiFi, and a great location near the beach, this is it. We would definitely book again.
