Puerto House - Private Patio

The location was good, when we got there we found out there is halfway house across, we didn’t feel safe. The apartment Positive: The location Negative: It was dirty, they had to come clean when we got there, the bathroom was not same on the pictures and tub was old & rusty, walls were dirty with fingerprints.

No recomiendo. Mira bien las condiciones e impuestos Negative: Precio engañoso porque en los impuestos donde te clavan el dinero. Además de que el baño no funcionaba bien . Se tenía que meter la mano en la cisterna para que el agua bajara.

Great backyard and safe area with parking Positive: I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It’s one of my favorite areas. The outdoor area is very nice, and the host was very responsive.

Property managers were friendly and receptive Issues were with management of property Positive: The location was easy to find and we appreciated parking and the washing machine/ dryer. The apartment was clean, just a few ants. Negative: Our stay had its ups and downs. We initally entered the apartment with no light due to a grid outage ( which we are aware happens) however it would have been courteous to communicate that the apartment had no light/ fans. We were locked inside the apratment then when we managed to open the door it didnt lock so we also slept with a broken lock due to the front door lock already being mangled and non functional. The next day we were forced to pack our things and travel with them because we knew once the apartment was locked from the outside we were not going to be able to get in. So we were out all day and returned in the evening to a door that was still locked. 7pm and we were outside with the property manager who did not have the parts to fix the lock and needed to call a locksmith who was 40 mins away. I am traveling with a toddler with medical conditions and at this point we spent most of our time in the car. We finally got back into the apartment at 8:30pm. The second bedroom bed was also broken and I notified the owner and they apologized but no one came to check on it or fix the issue, so three people slept on one full/ queen sized bed. All in all the lock is now fixed for the next group that books. I glad we resolved the issues for them but unfortately we had to deal with them.
