AC in every bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a stocked kitchen. Walk to the beach, dine nearby, then unwind in the shared backyard patio with bikes, outdoor seating, and beach gear.
Welcome to Casa Juno Grand: a clean, coastal-minimalist 3-bedroom apartment designed as a comfortable home base for exploring San Juan.
Inside the apartment (2nd floor):
Open living area with a large smart TV for streaming, comfortable seating, and bright natural light.
Kitchen + dining for simple meals and coffee breaks, with essentials to make staying in easy.
3 bedrooms, all with AC:

1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower and fresh towels.

You’re a short ride from popular coastal spots, local bakeries, cafes, and classic San Juan eats. It’s a great fit for guests who want to explore all day, then come back to a quieter street at night.
Walking: You can walk to the beach and nearby local spots depending on your exact route and pace.
Bikes: Included shared bikes are a fun way to cruise around the area for short trips. Uber and taxis: Easy and usually the simplest option for getting to dining, nightlife, and major attractions.
Car rental: Helpful if you’re planning beach-hopping outside San Juan or day trips. Free street parking is available near the building.
Very safe, secure feel: the home is on a quiet residential street, and entry is keyless and secure. As with any city, we still recommend normal common sense (lock up, do not leave valuables visible in cars).
Stairs: the unit is on the second floor and requires going up stairs.
Parking: there is no dedicated on-site parking, but free street parking is available nearby.
Laundry is not available in the building, but there are several laundromats nearby.
Shared patio + gear: the backyard patio, bikes, and beach items are shared amenities for the building. Everything is included, just be respectful and return items for the next guests.
