Welcome to our beautiful villa in the heart of San Juan! Experience the city as the locals do. Villa Blanca is located in central San Juan’s Santurce barrio within the quiet, yet convenient subbarrio of Hipódromo. Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is perfectly located for all this region of Puerto Rico has to offer. The property accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for friends, families, or groups.
The Space: Bedrooms: featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, flat screen television and air conditioning, while the other two bedrooms offer queen-size beds and each room has a large closet. An additional sofa bed in the living area ensures everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.
Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and all the essentials you need for your stay.
Living Area: The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing and socializing. It includes a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, 2 overhead fans and plenty of natural light.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including brand new modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that seats eight.
Outdoor Space: Step outside to the enclosed portico or relax in the private patio with fans and cafe lights where you can unwind and enjoy the San Juan weather. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, you’ll find everything you need within reach.
Guest Access: Guests listed in reservation have full access to the entire home, including all amenities. Check-in is easy with our secure lockbox system. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
Parking: Please park in front of the house with your passenger wheels on the curb. There is space for 2 vehicles. DO NOT block the neighbors gate or park in front of their houses. Do not impede garbage collection.

We had a great stay. The home was exactly as described with plenty of space for our family to feel at home. Everything was clean & we had plenty of linens & towels. We had a small issue getting the key to unlock the door the night we checked in but it was just a little stuck. The host responded right away & there was no problem after that. The AC worked great & cooled the home down quickly after returning from our time out in PR. Would 100% stay there again & would recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in San Juan.

I was a little skeptical about the neighborhood the house was located in and thought we may be lost when the navigation took us to the address and passed it up. But once inside the house was surprisingly larger than you’d expect from the outside. Totally updated inside. Plush bath towels, great kitchen, luxury mattresses and huge TV’s. Master bedroom has a great AC unit that kept it super cold compared to the other parts of the house that still have good ceiling fans. The location was perfect for exploring the island. We were able to see different places all within an hours drive all around. Even if you want to get out for a walk there’s plenty of shops, food, groceries. Very safe during the day. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting luxury rental if you plan on being out most of the day.

1. **Unregistered Guests**: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the villa.
2. **No Parties or Events**: Parties, gatherings, or any functions are strictly prohibited.
3. **Noise**: Please be respectful of the neighborhood. Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighboring properties, especially during nighttime hours (10 p.m. – 8 a.m.) and during arrival and departure.
4. **No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms**: Eating in bedrooms is not allowed. Any stains on rugs or bedding will incur costs for cleaning or replacement.
5. **Eating Areas**: Food and drinks should be consumed only in the kitchen, dining area, or outdoors. Any stains on rugs, upholstery, or bedding will incur cleaning or replacement costs if necessary.
6. **Shoes**: Please remove your shoes upon entering the villa to help keep the floors and rugs clean. A bench has been provided for your convenience.
7. **Appliances and Electronics**: Keep appliance and electronic remotes in their designated rooms. Loss or damage to remotes will result in replacement costs.
8. **Smoking**: Smoking tobacco, marijuana, vaporizers, or other substances is not allowed inside the home, in communal areas, or on the front and enclosed patio. There is a designated smoking area on the private side patio. Smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning charge.
9. **Fire Prevention**: Do not smoke or use candles indoors. Be sure to turn off the stove when not in use and clean the dryer lint trap before each use to prevent fires.
10. **Security**: Please do not alter or remove any security or monitoring equipment that has been duly authorized and disclosed.
11. **Damage Prevention**: Always close all windows and lock the door when you are not on-site. This tropical climate is subject to sudden rainstorms.
12. **Lost Key Fees**: Keys must remain with the primary guest at all times during the stay. Keys should never be replicated or left unattended. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
13. **Illegal Activities**: All illegal activities, including the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction regardless of the reservation status.
14. **Damages**: Please report any damages immediately.
15. **Pets**: Pets are not permitted unless arranged in advance with us. A pet fee will apply.
