The view was spectacular and the place was very clean. The location was within walking distance to nearby restaurants. The owner was very responsive when I communicated them. The only issue I had was there is no elevator in the parking lot so you have to walk up the stairs to the ground floor from 4 levels below ground.
Great place, awesome view!! Great host, although we did have a few things to point out. Don’t take as negatives just things that would improve the experience. Maintenance, the place lacks some maintenance, balcony doors were not fully operational could not be fully opened, not a big deal. There is no AC in the living room, kitchen area normally that would no be an issue 20 stories up but since the balcony doors did not open all the way the breeze did not enter and made the space overly hot. The fan in the dining area did not work, we let the host know and they were supposed to look into getting us some fans they never answered or came with the fans. Again not the biggest deal it’s Puerto Rico so we expect it to be hot. Entering the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we understand that the areas has not fully bounced back after Maria. People in the area are friendly and most speak English as the area has a lot of Expats. Overall a great experience, don’t mind staying there again!
We had an amazing stay! The beach view from every room was absolutely stunning and made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back.
The check in process was clearly detailed. The location was perfect - we spent many days on the beach but Audi were able to easily visit other areas too (with a car). The condo was comfortable, and the host was super quick with responses. The pool was not in operation during our stay, but we wouldn’t have used it anyway after accessing the beach.
Great place, matched description, clear check-in/out instructions. Clean apartment, close to many stores and night life. Amazing view even if scared of heights.
We booked this place within 1hr and the place was ready!! Diana answered right away and was very pleasant and helpful. We were extremely impressed the momemt we walked in and felt at home and safe!!! The beach is literally your back yard which I loved and had my coffee there every morning with the sun and waves. There are chairs in the back by the beach to sit out and tan. We met Angel the property Mgr on site one day and he was extremely nice. A lot to do in the surrounding area. We will definitely recommend and we will definitely be back. This place is definitely it!!

Balneario Monserrate is its main public beach, and Los Kioskos de Luquillo — a long row of food kiosks along Route 3 — is a destination in its own right.
