Condado Penthouse

Great stay with an amazing ocean view Positive: We had a really good stay here. The oceanfront view is the highlight, especially in the morning and at sunset. The apartment felt very clean and well maintained, and it had a “hotel-like” comfort level with good AC, fresh linens, and a nice bathroom setup. The location is excellent in Condado, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes, so it was easy to get around without much planning. Check-in was straightforward and communication was clear. Overall, a comfortable, convenient place with a great view, and we’d stay again.

Perfect Beachfront Stay in Condado, San Juan Positive: I stayed at Condado Ocean Front San Juan by PH during my recent visit to Puerto Rico, and it was an incredible experience. The location couldn’t be better, right on Ashford Avenue with direct access to Condado Beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and La Marqueta. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern with a beautiful sea view. The WiFi was strong, the parking was convenient, and check-in was easy. I appreciated how quiet and comfortable the space was after a long day exploring San Juan. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washer was a big plus for travelers. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication with the host was smooth and professional. If you’re looking for a beachfront stay in a safe and lively area, this place is perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Condado.

Positive: The view was great, clean room snd it was walking distance to all the activities, definitely stay again

Never Again Positive: Location ,room was clean. Negative: We experienced no water in the unit for over 8 hours. After investigating independently, we discovered it was not a city problem, as the host reported. The actual problem was that maintenance turned off the valve that was connected to that unit, made repairs, and DID NOT turned it back on. The host was not helpful; she blamed everything on third parties. The fire alarm went off twice in less than 3 hours, and we had to evacuate the building. No one from management came to assist or to advise on when it would be safe to return to the building. WE NEVER MET THE HOST FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

it's not worth it Positive: The location is the only thing I can save from this place Negative: There are giant cockroaches, the place is old and unmaintained, the shower handle was falling off, the cleaning is very poor, the bed is about to fall to the floor and is extremely uncomfortable, the sofa is also very uncomfortable, the apartment smells bad and shouldn't even be on booking.com.
