Welcome to SunJoy No.4, a brand-new two-bedroom apartment designed for comfort, style, and convenience. Every inch of this home was newly built and furnished in 2025 — from the floors to the furniture, the appliances, and even the décor. Nothing here has ever been lived in before.

The open-concept living area features a warm orange designer sofa that easily converts into a full-size bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new Whirlpool appliances, including a refrigerator, cooktop, range hood, microwave, and coffee maker. You’ll find all the essentials: pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, and glassware — ready for everything from a morning coffee to a full dinner.

The location offers an ideal balance: calm enough to rest, close enough to enjoy San Juan’s energy whenever you want.
