Negative: It was dirty, no water when I called to tell the host person she said she couldn’t do anything until the next day. We couldn’t stay there and left and went elsewhere.

Negative: Check in was painful as contact # insisted for payment which I had a receipt for said they get back to me with the code for the lock box didn't happen, only after many unanswered calls did they answer and send the code which was after check in time.

Positive: Spanish Lagoon San Juan was the perfect getaway. The private patio added so much charm, and the property was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting San Juan
