Rêve de la porte d'entrée du centre-ville de San Juan

Almost cut my trip short after one night Positive: The location was very central. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. The Museum of Art and the botanical garden are also close by as well as a gas station and a 24hr supermarket. That was pretty much the only real positive. The couch and bed were also comfortable. The Roku TV was nice. The pictures for this listing were great but that's pretty much all. Negative: The listing itself wasn't accurate so I didn't know exactly what I was getting. Some things you can tell from the pictures aren't there even though they're listed. The place wasn't cleaned very well. There was a decent amount of hair on the floor and some surfaces were dusty. The plates were dusty. The shelf where the tea cups were kept had some black dirt on it. The shower was full of pink mold. The shower head seemed old and sent water everywhere. The water also didn't really heat up. It got maybe a little warmer than lukewarm but that was it. Water pressure was also really low. The toilet and water heater would make loud noises sometimes. The AC in the bedroom had the swing on which made awful clicking sounds. I didn't figure out how to turn this off until more than half way into my trip. The AC in the living room leaks when it rains. The kitchen sink leaked a few days in. Every day it was something. It really put a damper on my trip. At the very least, they were responsive whenever I reached out so I'll give them that but it seems like they prioritized the place being picturesque over being clean and functional and I paid the price for that. Speaking of pictures - the images were also distorted to make the place seem bigger than it is.

Positive: Easy check-in nice unit and snell good , we book it last minute, but i will recommend it to everyone
