BLACK MOLD, UNCLEAN, PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE Positive: Communication upfront was extremely pleasant, helpful, and clear. The beds and pillows are very comfy. There are plenty of towels. Negative: Communication fell right off and turned avoidant after I reported the abundance of BLACK MOLD in and on the AC unit in my bedroom. the BLACK MOLD is also penetration the walls and growing on the straw mirror 12 feet away from the unit. All AC units and bathroom fans are filthy inside. Not only am I asthmatic, but I am ALLERGIC TO MOLDS. This is a public heath safety issue and the rental should be closed. I was not able to turn on the AC while there, so I sweat profusely each night. I retuned home sick. I received a text message from the host for a review and she claimed taking great care of her rentals. I told her the above and then she promised to provide a solution and then never did. I have checked in repeatedly and now she claims to be "checking with management" and "will handle this right away". 10 day post-stay and I've received no kind of refund or solution. The kitchen drawers were filthy inside…crumbs, dirty, and even hair was inside of them. Dished were not clean. Baseboards and laundry closet have no been cleaned in a long time. The washer leaks.

Positive: I like how everything was no more than an hour away. Space of the apartment was good. Place is secure. Host was very responsive.

Horrible, no water had to move to hotel at 11pm Positive: No water to the property, dirty when arrived, pictures were not accurate, floors, tables were all dirty, back porch dirty and not kept up, not what you see in the pictures so don’t expect it, asked for cribs a month in advance and within 48 hrs, it wasn’t done, lady made excuses! Had to move at 11pm family and two babies to hotel, absolutely no water !! Negative: Did not like anything , it was horrible
