Negative: It was dirty, no water when I called to tell the host person she said she couldn’t do anything until the next day. We couldn’t stay there and left and went elsewhere.

Negative: Check in was painful as contact # insisted for payment which I had a receipt for said they get back to me with the code for the lock box didn't happen, only after many unanswered calls did they answer and send the code which was after check in time.
